setting goals and objectives, monitoring and organizing the efficient work of the sales representatives of the assigned sales area
ensuring fulfillment of the set goals in terms of sales volume, area coverage, product layout standards, and placement of commercial equipment at retail outlets by the distributor's SR team, reporting linearly to him
conducting the field training, audits and support of subordinates following the Company's standards
dealing with distributors to avoid the expired products at the distributor's warehouses and retail outlets
controlling the use and safety of the Company's equipment, as well as inventory of commercial equipment at the retail outlets and distributors' warehouses.
Requirements for candidates:
Sales experience of at least three years, management experience of at least two years
Advanced user of Microsoft Office
Ability to manage the databases
Comprehensive approach and analytical thinking.
Skills and expertise needed:
customer interaction, communicating and negotiating, effective merchandising, display, and planogram in the retail outlets, territory management, sales management and product promotion, contracting with contractors
terms of delivery, storage and transportation of products
good communication skills
submission requirements and handling procedures for internal documentation;
efficiency calculations for the contract conditions while negotiating and contracting with the customers
arrangements for accounting and reporting on the fulfillment of the Company's product sales plans.
