Trade Marketing specialist

 

Main job duties:

  • Development and implementation of an integrated calendar of trade activities
  • Analysis of distribution channels, development of individual mechanics in distribution channels, analysis of marketing activities, as well as other categories
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market, the study of the competitive environment
  • Development, organization, control of conducting the trade marketing activities (writing briefs, preparing presentations and other materials for programs implementation, etc.) aimed at clients (TT), final consumers and sales staff, closing activities
  • Keeping financial, budget and project reports: compilation and coordination of the necessary documentation necessary for launching projects (order, calculation of economic justification of ROIC, presentation for the sales department, recording internal registers, etc.)
  • Bench-making of the TM programs and communication of the results within the CPM (Cycle Planning Meeting) meetings
  • Communication with related departments in order to discuss and coordinate activities, revising activity plan based on the results of commercial meetings; timely communication of trade activity launch plans with interested employees
  • Participation in the sales forecasting process in order to coordinate them with trade marketing activities
  • Development of merchandising standards in the Off-Trade channel (assortment matrices, planograms, etc.) and keeping them up-to-date
  • Planning, participation in the development of POS-materials

Requirements to candidates:

  • Higher education – preferably in the field of marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
  • At least 3 years of experience in trade marketing (preferably in major FMCG company)
  • Understanding the aspects of distribution channels (FMCG segment)

  • Knowledge and experience in using methods and tools stimulating sales, motivating sales staff and end users

  • Ability to work with a large amount of data

  • Skills of effective planning (forecasting) and sales analysis

  • Skills of effective communication, negotiation and presentation

  • Ability to do reporting

  • Organizational skills

  • English: intermediate – upper-intermediate (Pre-Intermediate)
