Application and realization of claim management principles regarding problematic products on the basis İSO 10002 requirements
Implementation of sampling for physical-chemical and microbiological control of semi-finished goods, ready products, utilities, auxiliary materials, raw material
Organization of effective work with the claims of distributors and network clients on problematic products with the purpose of increasing consumer satisfaction
Summarizing information regarding incoming claims on problematic products and causes of their occurrence
Implementing regular audits of distributors’ warehouses
Analysis of main causes of process failures, loss of raw material and packaging materials, as well as ready products and other problems with quality
Ensuring compliance of ready products with all regulatory documents, standards and specifications
Active participation in quality researches and risk assessment
Keeping accounts to present information to the management.
Requirements:
higher technical education (mechanics/chemistry/biology or food technologies)
1-3 years of job experience in the relevant position, preferably in food industry
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards and their influence on the requirements to the equipment, materials and products.
Necessary knowledge and skills, competencies:
Basis of general, inorganic, organic, analytical and physical chemistry
Properties, designation and methods of preparation of nutrient mediums, reagents and disinfectants and requirements to them
Devices and operating rules of different types of measuring instruments and testing equipment
Knowledge in work with statistics and process control instruments, participation in sustainable improvement programs
Working with audit methods
Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint programs
Fluency in Azeri, Russian & English languages would be an asset.
