Legal Counsel

Role overview: 

We are looking for a Legal Counsel who will be playing a pivotal role in ensuring an organization operates within the law while minimizing risks and safeguarding its interests. They act as both a strategic advisor and a compliance enforcer across various legal domains. 

What You'll be doing:

•    Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
•    Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements
•    Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
•    Management, registration and protection of intellectual property rights
•    Monitoring the compliance of the Company's activities with data protection legislation and headquarters requirements
•    Assessing compliance risks and developing strategies to minimize them

What we’re looking for:

•    bachelor’s degree in law
•    at least 2 year of work experience in Legal industry
 
Skills:

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•    Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, English - Upper İntermediate
•    Presentation skills
