Electronics engineer

Key job Responsibilities:

  • Scheduled technical maintenance (TM) and emergency repairs (ER) of the equipment assigned to them within the Company
  • Planning TM and service windows during the production process
  • Understanding and applying methods for analyzing the causes of production downtime related to electronics (BDA, RCA, PDCA), identifying root causes, and timely implementing developed measures
  • Engaging contractors for TM, ER, and unscheduled work
  • Preparing acts for the submission of equipment for repair and the acceptance of equipment after repair
  • Monitoring the work performed by personnel from other departments related to the TM and ER of the equipment assigned to them
  • Ensuring timely availability of spare parts and materials for conducting TM, monitoring the consumption of spare parts and materials
  • Decentralized procurement of materials and spare parts
  • Monitoring the fulfillment of obligations under decentralized contracts for the manufacture and procurement of spare parts, materials, and equipment
  • Developing and implementing measures for cost savings and loss reduction
  • Maintaining equipment, devices, and tools in proper working condition and ensuring their safe operation;
  • Ensuring safe working conditions at workstations and monitoring compliance with work instructions;
  • Issuing permits for work with increased danger
  • Complying with sanitary norms and rules.

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education (technical) or secondary specialized (technical)
  • Work experience in the maintenance of electrical equipment, automation systems and instrumentation of industrial equipment for at least 3 years

 

Required knowledge and skills, competencies:

  • Technology and equipment for beer and soft drink production;
  • Technology for preparation and maintenance of the equipment assigned to them;
  • Rules for assembling, installing, and configuring electrical equipment, automation systems, and control and measuring devices
  • Basics of software development and programming
  • Rules for performing hot works at hazardous production facilities
  • Rules for the design and safe operation of pressure vessels
  • Rules of technical and industrial safety for explosive hazardous facilities involved in the storage, processing, and use of plant raw materials
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian are preferable.
