On January 21 in the framework of Davos World Economic Forum the president of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Henrik Poulsen, Supervisory Board Chair and Jakob Aarup-Andersen, Chief Executive Officer of Carlsberg Group. 

Every year, the management of the Carlsberg Group, represented by CEO, meets with the top leadership of the country within the framework of the Davos World Economic Forum. This year, in order to expand partnership with Azerbaijan and continue building long-term strategic relations,  Carlsberg Group was presented by Henrik Poulsen, Supervisory Board* Chair and Jakob Aarup-Andersen, Chief Executive Officer of Carlsberg Group.

Henrik Poulsen highlighted company’s successful operations in Azerbaijan and expressed satisfaction with the country’s investment climate. He particularly praised the framework provided by Azerbaijan for protecting property rights and thanked President Ilham Aliyev for the favorable conditions created for foreign investors.

The Supervisory Board Chair informed the President about Carlsberg Group’s plans to continue the localization of raw and pack materials and expand its operations in the country.
