Brand Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Participation in the new product development process
  • Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
  • Identification of key weaknesses and opportunities in relation to brands/channels and sales (SWOT), long-term activity
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
  • Brand development plan
  • Managing budgets
  • Development of marketing materials, implementation of marketing projects and activities
  • Participate in companies social activities and projects.

 

Requirements:

  • expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field
  • diploma of higher education
  • experience in a managerial position for at least 1-2 years
  • fluency in English language (Advanced level)
  • knowledge of the situation on the beer market, trends, competitors' activities
  • outstanding communication skills & strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
  • critical thinking & emotional intelligence.
