Main responsibilities:
- Participation in the new product development process
- Analyzing brand positioning and consumer insights
- Identification of key weaknesses and opportunities in relation to brands/channels and sales (SWOT), long-term activity
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Brand development plan
- Managing budgets
- Development of marketing materials, implementation of marketing projects and activities
- Participate in companies social activities and projects.
Requirements:
- expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field
- diploma of higher education
- experience in a managerial position for at least 1-2 years
- fluency in English language (Advanced level)
- knowledge of the situation on the beer market, trends, competitors' activities
- outstanding communication skills & strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- critical thinking & emotional intelligence.
