Sales Trainer

Working conditions:

Principal duties:


  • Organization of training, ensuring compliance of the held trainings with the standards and strategic goals of the Sales Department. Analysis of the effectiveness of training;
  • Training and development of employees’ basic sales skills;
  • Development and improvement of trainings for Sales staff;
  • Organization of the training process at the workplace (field training) of sales staff. Analysis of the results of the training held;
  • Drawing up the plans of trainings, field trainings for Sales Representatives, Managers of Sales Representatives Groups.
  • Planning and conducting audit training for Sales Representatives, Managers of Sales Representatives Groups, Territory Development Managers


Candidate requirements:


·         Higher education (preferably economic/pedagogical);

·         Work experience in the Sales Department of at least 3 years;

·         Knowledge of the basics of personnel management;

·         Driving license for vehicles with the category no lower than B and driving practice no less than 2 years.


Knowledge and skills:

·         Confident user of MS Office, PowerPoint;

·         Excellent knowledge of Russian and Azerbaijani ​​(knowledge of English is advantage/ Intermediate level);

·         Skills of working with documentation;

·         Knowledge of the basics of personnel management;

·         Presentation skills.
