Sales Development Specialist

Principal duties:

  • Immediate reporting;
  • Analysis of key sales indicators;
  • Goal setting for Sales Department employees according to approved KPIs; progress review (including intermediate ones) on the KPIs implementation by the sales team. Monitoring of the Sales Department's field personnel productivity, informing management
  • Participation in cross-functional projects focused on developing a sales system
  • Fulfilment of other orders and tasks defined by the line manager as part of the duties
  • Immediate informing the line manager of any violations identified in the department work

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • Mathematical / economic / financial higher education
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian, English - upper intermediate;
  • At least 1 year experience in the FMCG sector
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Excel, Power Point),
  • Advanced user of VBA programming language,
  • Advanced user of POWER BI - MANDATORY!

 

Knowledge and skills:

  • Basics of economics and statistical analysis;
  • Information processing methods using modern technical means of communications;
  • Skills of effective sales planning (forecasting) and analysis;
  • Mechanism to promote products in sales channels and supply chain;
  • Methods of assessment of the sales equipment efficiency;
  • Principles of project reporting;
  • Skills of effective presentation;
  • High-performance activity and efficiency;
  • Analytical thinking, attention to details
  • Stress resistance
  • Well-bred speech
  • Sociability, responsibility
  • Readiness for multitasking
  • Readiness for irregular working hours.
