Sales Development Manager – HoReCa channel

Key job responsibilities: 

  • promotion of the Company products in the HoReCa channel
  • development and maintenance of partnerships with key customers
  • market analysis, customer discovery, contracting
  • full compliance in the control of the operation of individual points of sale
  • RTM definition: development and introduction of strategy, optimization of distribution structure
  • P&L-based evaluation of the distributors' profitability
  • optimization of the distribution structure, development and keeping up to date criteria to evaluate distributors
  • administration of the contracts with customers in the HoReCa channel, provision of all necessary documentation between the distributor and customers for compensation and payments, compliance control of contractual conditions
  • control over the use and safety of the Company's retail equipment at the entrusted channels and clients
  • monitoring of the timeliness of payments by customers working directly with the Company against a credit
  • organization, control of the creation of direct marketing programmes, the implementation of trade and consumer promotional activities

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani and Russian; English – upper intermediate
  • Organizing abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Office user
