Head of Administrative Issues unit

Key job responsibilities:

  • Management of the labor documentation and archive work in the Company
  • Arrangement of the cleaning service
  • Arrangement of the corporate shuttle service for the Company's employees
  • Arrangement of the provision of the Company's employees with office supplies
  • Participation in the tenders to identify third parties within the activities of department of Personnel and Administrative issues of the Company, as well as conclusion of the contracts, work and control over them
  • Arrangement of the sale of illiquid assets occuring in the production process of the Company
  • Arrangement of the maintenance and repair of household appliances of the Company
  • Arrangement of the removal of household waste occuring on the Company's territory outside the area
  • Arrangement of the catering service
  • Preparation and control of the budget of the administrative unit
  • Management of the Company's water-intake regime
  • Management of the activities of a medical station operating in the Company.

 

Requirements for candidates:

  • higher education
  • at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position

 

 Skills and expertise needed:

  • experience working with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, ERP systems
  • languages: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English (preferably) – Pre-Intermediate level
  • Knowledge of the principles of management of administration and maintenance activities of the company
  • Knowledge of the document management fundamentals
  • communication and negotiation skills

  • teamwork, result-oriented, ability to teach and learn.
