Carry out and control the processes of wort reception, dosage (yeast, ferment), fermentation and postfermentation, filtration and stabilization, beer supply for bottling in accordance with the specification and established requirements.
Monitoring the technical condition of equipment, equipment washing processes to ensure high quality of the product.
Requirements for candidates:
Higher or secondary technical education
Knowledge of Azerbaijani and Russian languages
Experience in the FMCG sector for at least 1 year
Knowledge of MS Office
Experience and knowledge of software management of production processes, skills and experience in working with production equipment.
