Demand Forecasting and Sales Planning Specialist

Key job responsibilities:

  • short- and medium-term forecasting and sales planning
  • search for features/algorithms to improve forecasting performance
  • annual budgeting and Estimate preparation
  • coordination of sales planning within the launch of new products
  • maintaining routine reporting, charting, and scheduling required for analysis and seamless operation


Requirements for candidates:

  • Higher education (mathematical/economic/technical)
  • at least 2 years of experience in analytical subdivision of the sales or marketing services, in logistics or planning units
  • Advanced MS Office user
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian – the native speaker; English – intermediate level and higher


Skills and expertise:

  • Timely and complete preparation of short- and medium-term forecasts
  • Accuracy of forecasting and distribution of the plan across channels/clients
  • Timely and correct accounting of information about brand and trade marketing activities
  • Participation in the project work of the department
  • Development of the planning processes
