Commercial Team Training Specialist (Business Development Department)

Key job responsibilities: 

  • Organizing and implementing the training process for distributors and commercial service employees
  • Developing principles and criteria to define the capabilities of retail outlets depending on the purchase mission, subchannel, area, equipment, competitive environment, and other factors
  • Systematizing data on the drivers of commercial standards, digitizing and prioritizing them
  • Ensuring creation and improvement of reporting for performance analysis and evaluation of results within the commercial standards


Requirements for candidates:

  • higher education (preferably in commerce or business management)
  • at least 2 years of experience in sales and sales analytics in FMCG sector
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani and Russian – fluent, English – at least upper-intermediate level


Skills and expertise needed:

  • knowledge of the standards of work and visibility in retail
  • principles of building distribution channels
  • understanding the key performance indicators of the company and work in sales channels, sales performance indicators
  • confident MS Office user (Excel - VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, Pivot, Power Point)
  • confident Power BI user
  • experience in the development of training materials and training
  • multitasking ability
  • project management skills
  • excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
  • market research methodology
  • skills in business analysis of sales and distribution indicators
  • ethics in business communication, decision-making, teamwork, drive for results, teaching skills
