Carlsberg Azerbaijan has received the status of transparent tax partner by the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Thanks to adherence to best international practices and strict rules of compliance and clarity in its financial reporting, the Carlsberg Azerbaijan got the status of transparent tax partner by the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Status of the tax partner recognizes Carlsberg Azerbaijan as an important member of the economy in business community locally and example of transparency and excellent compliance, that is possible because of living by our Compass and applying the norms of Code of Ethics and Conduct in Carlsberg Group. Since the beginning of its operations in the country, Carlsberg Azerbaijan paid more than AZN 100 million in tax payments to the state budget.

On February 22, the awarding ceremony for the best company taxpayers took place at the Ministry of Taxes of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The award certificate was handed by the Taxes Minister Counsellor Alakbar Mammadov to Carlsberg Azerbaijan Financial Director Thomas Wolke.
